Say Her Name! An ICE officer shot and killed Renee Good in Minneapolis. This was not an accident. This was NOT justified. This was the cold-blooded murder of a legal observer.

And now the administration thinks it can lie directly to the American people and get away with it, without even bothering to come up with half-decent lies.

Kristi Noem called Renee Good a domestic terrorist.
JD Vance claimed she carried out “an attack on federal law enforcement, an attack on law and order, an attack on the American people.”

They know there’s footage, right?

We can see what happened.
Her car was turning away. One ICE officer was yanking at her car door, trying to force it open. Another officer fired three shots into her face as she drove away.

The greatest danger to the public was not a woman observing ICE in her vehicle.
It was an ICE agent firing a gun into her face, killing her and causing a collision.

They are going to tell you the masked officer feared for his life, despite not being remotely harmed. They are going to tell you she deserved it. They will always justify their violence, because they have no intention of stopping. Only escalating. He walked away and FLED the scene!!!

This is a classic case of “don’t believe your lying eyes.”

This is fascism.
Unaccountable state violence on U.S. soil, against U.S. people, carried out by the U.S. government with impunity. 

It was inevitable that ICE would escalate to this level of violence. And now that the administration supports absolute immunity for ICE officers who murder civilians, this violence will get worse. We saw that in Portland the NEXT day! There was a time we could believe DHS, but not now. DHS is saying that the two people who were gang members and a prostitute. That shouldn’t matter. Due Process matters. Facts matter.  

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey stood with his constituents and told ICE to “get the fuck out of Minneapolis.” And how was his statement discredited? By clutching pearls over profanity.

How dare he swear. Are you fucking serious?

There is an unregulated, untrained, violent, gestapo-like force kidnapping and killing our neighbors in broad daylight, but curse words are where we draw the moral line? Like Jasmine Crocket said yesterday after quoting Mayor Frey, A mother was killed and you care more about the language? 

People are right to be angry. People are right to protest, to yell, to curse without fear of imprisonment. This is unimaginably wrong.

So Fuck ICE.
Fuck Trump.
Fuck this bullshit.
Fuck unjustifiable acts of state violence.

We should not become so numb that we allow the state to shoot our neighbors in the face without consequence.
